Tina Marcelli
Tina Marcelli has been the chef since 2018 and leads a kitchen team of almost 30, mostly female, employees. Back then, when she started this job at the age of only 32, she was considered to be the youngest female chef in all of South Tyrol. Yet she has managed to establish herself in this tough profession and made her mark – far beyond the borders of our region.
Artifex gourmet restaurant
Since 2019, in addition to the hotel restaurant, Tina Marcelli has also run the Artifex gourmet restaurant, a small and exclusive place of culinary pleasure. The Artifex kitchen team: thoroughly female. The cuisine: unique, unconventional and rich in surprises.
Since the restaurant first opened, Tina Marcelli and her team have already won several prestigious awards, such as 3 toques from Gault & Millau, 3 forks from Falstaff and 2 forks from Gambero Rosso. Their next goal: a Michelin Star.
