A hotel for babies and toddlers

Imagine a tiny little finger pointing away from the mother's arm towards the unknown. Two curious little feet toddling off into an adventure, gently supported by daddy's hand. There is so much to admire and learn!

The Feuerstein is the place where the youngest can explore the big world with little steps, in their own way and at their own pace. Our hotel is therefore tailor-made for babies and toddlers, in every detail: from a comprehensive childcare service to rental equipment and up to the amenities in all rooms and suites. As a family resort in South Tyrol, we also place great emphasis on supporting you as parents by ensuring a pleasant holiday with your little darlings.

Feuerstein for babies & toddlers

Welcome to the
Baby & Mini Room

This is where kids laugh, have fun, crawl and discover the world with a playful ease. The baby & mini room is filled with wooden and sensory toys, books and much more for curious children's hands. One of the highlights is the polenta pit, a sandbox filled with polenta, where digging and building turns into a lot of fun. Amidst all the exploratory activities, there is also time for a midday nap in the separate sleeping area.

Frequently asked questions

Why does childcare apply set drop-off and pick-up times?

Set times are important for a proper planning and a regular routine. After joining the childcare, and in accordance with the activity programme, the groups are either outdoors in nature, in the garden or in other rooms.

Are siblings (3 and 6 years old) allowed to be in the same group?

Older children are welcome to join the group of younger ones. However, the other way round must be decided individually and discussed with the supervisors, as the little ones cannot participate in all activities of the older ones.

What are babies & toddlers up to in childcare?

In fine weather, the children spend the morning outdoors. Lunch is scheduled for 12 noon and the afternoon offers time for games and handicrafts.

What is the “Feuerstein hour”?

The Feuerstein hour takes place from 7.30 p.m. to 9 p.m. This is the moment to review the day and enjoy the evening with various activities.

Is my toddler allowed to take a nap in childcare? Does he/she get a diaper change? Does he/she get milk or porridge?

Yes. All of these needs are taken into account and met individually for each child.
