The soothing warmth relaxes, and together you will take a deep breath… We at the Feuerstein know that even children need those precious moments of pure peacefulness, relaxation and release. Moments, that are best experienced with mum and dad. This is why we have created a retreat designed especially for families, a wellness area to suit everyone! Adults and especially children, can restore their inner balance and relax both body and mind. Our family saunas – all of which are non-nude saunas – and our relaxation rooms offer plenty of space to unwind together.

As a wellness family hotel in South Tyrol, the Feuerstein creates a retreat where adults and children can unwind together – with a family sauna, relaxation rooms and our Snoezelen room for the youngest guests.

Our Snoezelen room

Soft sounds, bright colours and feather lamps. This is how it must look in a dreamland. In our cosy "Snoezelen" room, resting and napping turn into an experience which even the little ones will love. In here, families can escape into precious moments of peace and relax to be enjoyed together, accompanied by a gentle play of light and melodies, on cosy family bunks or in separate areas.

Adjacent to the snoezelen room and the family saunas you will find our spacious water world including a baby pool, didactic pool, action pool as well as an outdoor infinity pool. Frequently asked questions

From what age are children allowed to use the family sauna and the Snoezelen room?

Sauna visits are recommended for babies from the age of 4 months. Especially with small children, it is important to approach sauna use gradually, begin with milder saunas and keep the duration of the stay short. Afterwards, the Snoezelen room is a particularly soothing place to rest, cuddle and relax, allowing the warmth to continue to take effect in a peaceful atmosphere. There is no age restriction for the Snoezelen room.

What are the opening hours of the family saunas and relaxation rooms?

The family saunas and relaxation rooms are open daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Is access to the Family Spa included?

Yes, the Family Spa Area as well as access to the pools and the Adults Only area are among our inclusive services and are included in the overnight price.

Are there also saunas that are not used with children?

Yes, the Mountain Spa has a separate Adults Only area for this purpose. There, adults can enjoy soothing sauna moments, relaxation rooms and retreats with views of the surrounding mountain landscape across several floors.
