Climbing in the high-ropes course

An active holiday in Italy reaches dizzying heights for families

Balance on suspension bridges, pull yourself up on high on swinging nets and hang from wire ropes: Skytrek, the high-ropes course in Sterzing is a sure-fire adventure and adrenaline rush for the whole family. And as a partner hotel, they have even dedicated a trail to the Feuerstein family hotel in the Dolomites

The Skytrek climbing park in Sterzing boasts six routes with 80 features and an enormous variety of obstacles: Sometimes it’s a wobbly bridge, sometimes a tightrope, sometimes a net. And at the end of every route, you speed down the zipline and back to steady ground. Excellently trained guides watchfully guard every step your children take when climbing. From as early as four years old, kids can enjoy a trip to the high-rope garden in Sterzing: Equipped with a harness and helmet, climbing fans of all ages can enjoy the dizzying heights. Fun for all the family doesn’t get better than this. Apart from the sheer fun for fun’s sake, you need nerves of steel to conquer some of the obstacles as you balance your way from treetop to treetop high above the ground. It does wonders for your self-confidence and is great for building (family) team spirit.

Children’s development goes from strength to strength in the high-ropes course, all under the instruction of trained guides.
