Our professional child carers are available for 70 hours a week, taking care of children aged 0 to 16. Are rental items such as pushchairs, child seats or baby baths included in the price, or does the rental cost extra?
Many practical rental items for a holiday with a baby or toddler are already included in the price at the Feuerstein. These include pushchairs, child seats and baby baths, among other things. Only a deposit is required when borrowing the items on site.
How far is the nearest paediatrician or hospital from the Feuerstein?
The nearest hospital is located in Sterzing and can be reached from the Feuerstein in around 15 minutes. It has a paediatric department as well as an outpatient clinic. This means that families are well looked after even during a holiday with a baby or child.
Which languages do the childcare professionals speak?
In the Baby & Mini Room, our childcare professionals primarily speak German, Italian and English. Childcare in French is also occasionally available. This allows little guests at the Feuerstein to feel comfortable and well understood right from the start.
Is it possible to book a private babysitter?
Yes, a private babysitting service can be booked on request for an additional charge. We recommend booking the service in advance and no later than the day before.
