The moment they step inside, a new adventure awaits. With sand between their fingers and water flowing through little channels, castles and bridges, reservoirs and moats begin to take shape. Children dig, mould and create, becoming completely absorbed in their play and blissfully losing track of time.
Room for creativity
With around 30 m² of space, there is plenty of room to experiment, build and, of course, get wonderfully messy. Here, there is no “Be careful not to get dirty!” – just the freedom to bring ideas to life.
To make sure everyone can dive straight into the fun, we are happy to provide little waterproof boots and trousers to borrow. Armed with spades, rakes, buckets and plenty of other tools, children create new landscapes every day. One moment, an impressive sandcastle rises into the air; the next, a stream is redirected or a dam is built to hold back the water.
And when everyone ends up covered in sand and mud? No problem at all! There is a convenient showering area right on site, perfect for rinsing off after all that digging and splashing. After all, the most wonderful childhood memories are often made in places where children can explore with all their senses – and simply wash off afterwards.
A favourite place in every season
While snowflakes dance outside, rain taps against the windows or the summer sun shines over the Pflerschtal Valley, the indoor sand and water playroom remains a place full of possibilities.
Thanks to the large glass windows, parents can relax and watch their children become immersed in play, work together on new ideas, laugh and let their creativity run free.
And more often than not, watching soon turns into joining in. The temptation to help build a castle, dig a moat or create the next great dam is simply too strong. Before long, little builders and their parents become an unbeatable team, and even the grown-ups get to feel like children again for a little while.
