This is how Brigitta describes her incense meditation which focuses entirely on the body. Leave everyday thoughts behind. The only thing that matters, is focussing on yourself and the very moment.
Baby yoga
Baby yoga – relaxing moments for the youngest ones! As mum and dad gently move the little arms and legs and lovingly caress the body in a guided session, the baby relaxes, centres itself and develops initial hand and foot coordination. In addition, these conscious movements encourage the development of motor skills.

Padel
Rackets that are easy to handle, four walls, simple rules and lots of fun: this is what padel, which can probably best be described as a combination of squash and tennis, has in store for you. It is usually being played by four players, in other words two against two. Similar to squash, the court is enclosed by side walls which are included in the game. Thus, the ball change tends to last longer, making padel a more exciting game for many players and easier for beginners. Moreover, the game is not so much about strength and endurance, but rather about fun and strategy. Have a great time!
