Its renewed confirmation shows that our path – one based on value, responsibility, and authenticity – receives the highest international recognition.
We are also delighted about another honour: Chef Andrea Moccia has earned three Gault&Millau toques for Artifex. His culinary signature combines alpine identity with fine international accents while remaining clear, minimalistic, and deeply connected to nature. His dishes reflect the elegance and tranquility that define the Feuerstein and demonstrate how contemporary fine dining can be precise, thoughtful, and firmly rooted in its place.
